Mission Statement

To enrich our communities by providing not only assistance resources and hope for families and individuals but also offering a beautiful historic venue for spiritual solace, friendship and celebration – all with respect and compassion.

Vision Statement

The St. Isidore Historical Plaza will be recognized by the community as the leading provider of family services.
The St. Isidore Chapel will be recognized as a city, state, and federal historic site that offers non-denominational services, ceremonies and spiritual solace. It will serve as the historical heart of the city. The St. Isidore Plaza, including the Chapel, Hall, Center Building and Garden Patio will serve as a town center for family and community friendship and celebration. And, by 2013, the property and buildings will be owned and operated by the organization.

Thanks in Advance for Your Help!

We have been given 3 years by the Orange County Dioceses to raise a total of $1,400,000 by June 2014 to purchase the property.

Our short term requirement is to raise the initial amount of $250,000 by June , 2011.

We will need to raise additional money for the restoration of the building and the property.

We have established a Fundraising Committee that works with the Board to stay focused on this goal through the following activities:

  1. Membership Programs & Drive
  2. Organized Charity Events (i.e. Cinco de Mayo Festival)
  3. Community Outreach & Change Can Programs
  4. Business & Other Charity Partnerships
  5. Corporate Sponsorships
